For many of us, religion plays an important role in our lives. This month there is a special convergence of several major religious and cultural holidays - Christmas, Channukah, Ramadan and Kwanzaa. We'll take this time to talk about how and why we celebrate.
With me in the studio are Rabbi Lev Ba'esh of Temple Israel in Dover and Reverend Robert Thompson of Phillips Exeter Academy.

Tomorrow on New Hampshire Outlook -
In this season of giving it might be hard to believe that New Hampshire ranks next to last among states in charitable donations. But, those numbers don't tell the whole story. Philanthropy is alive and well in New Hamphire you just have to look in the right places.
AND
And philanthropy of a different sort. More than 4100 students in New Hampshrie are involved in service learning projects. The program links commuity service to classroom instruction.
